Ellabell

Ellabell is an unincorporated rural community in North Bryan along I-16. It serves as the primary mailing address for the 2,900-acre Hyundai Metaplant America (HMGMA) megasite — which began EV production in October 2024 and continues to scale through 2026 — making Ellabell ground zero for Bryan County's industrial transformation.

New residential development has begun to follow the plant, but the community remains predominantly rural.
