Terms of Service.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about our property management services and available rentals. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Rental listings, photos, rents, fees, amenities, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice and do not constitute a binding offer. All information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

Rental applications are reviewed under our written screening criteria. Application fees are non-refundable and submission of an application does not guarantee approval or reserve a unit. Approved applicants must sign a lease and pay required deposits within the timeframe stated at the time of approval.

Our resident and owner portals are hosted by AppFolio, Inc. Your use of those portals is governed by AppFolio's own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours. You are responsible for safeguarding your portal credentials.

The Mopper Property Management name, logo, photography, and Site content are owned by Mopper or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites (including affiliated real estate firms and government resources). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mopper Property Management and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
