Pembroke

Pembroke is the Bryan County seat, located in North Bryan north of Fort Stewart. It's a traditional small-town main-street community, with the Bryan County Courthouse, the J.D. Knight Community Center, City Park, and a historic downtown. The Hyundai Metaplant about 10 miles east has driven a wave of new attention to Pembroke as a commute-friendly residential alternative.

Richmond Hill is the county's largest city by population, but Pembroke remains its administrative center.
