Pooler

Pooler is Chatham County's fastest-growing municipality, with extensive post-2000 residential construction (Godley Station, Savannah Quarters) and the Tanger Outlets retail corridor along I-95. The city is the closest residential community to the Savannah/Hilton Head airport, the Gulfstream campus, and the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum — and a short commute to the Hyundai Metaplant in Bryan County.

Housing is mostly post-2000 single-family subdivisions, townhomes, and a growing inventory of newer apartments.
