Owner payouts go out by ACH direct deposit between the 10th and 15th of each month, after rent has cleared and approved maintenance has been paid out. Your monthly statement shows every dollar collected, every dollar spent, and your net deposit — all visible in your owner portal anytime. Year-end statements and 1099s are generated automatically.
